Part two of a tribute to the late Mulgrew Miller continues as we move into the the present and feature his work over the last 15 years with the likes of Vincent Herring, Jim Rotondi, Lou Soloff, Jeremy Pelt and Ron Carter. He then went on to spend 9 years with another great jazz drummer, Tony Williams, playing on 6 albums with his classic quintet that featured Wallace Roney and Billy Pierce, and on Tony's final trio album in 1993. Along the way, he played sideman to a host of jazz greats, as well as many up-and-comers.
