In GYROKINESIS® class, we immerse ourselves in a series of gentle, continuous movements designed to open energy pathways, increase movement range, stimulate the nervous system, and build strength. GYROKINESIS® method is the non-equipment aspect of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. The movement method was created by former dancer and athlete, Juliu Horvath. The work coordinates movement, breathing and mental focus. Many dancers and professional athletes take GYROKINESIS® classes to stay injury free, and reach their fullest potential in their fields. Some say it feels like swimming, dancing, yoga and tai chi all in one! No experience or equipment needed. Come in clothes you can comfortably move in.
