Birds Of Chicago

"Rock & Roll in the old sense of the word: blues, country, gospel and folk...sun-lit, dappled in shadows....poetry you can dance to and poetry you can play really loud." Birds of Chicago founders Alison Russell and JT Nero (along with their 9-month-old  daughter, Ida) visit host John Floridis on the next Musician's Spotlight.

(Broadcast: "Musicians' Spotlight," 1/22/15 and 10/7/14. Listen weekly on on the radio Thursdays, 7:30 p.m., or via podcast.)

John Floridis, the host and producer of Musician's Spotlight, has been with Montana Public Radio since 1997. He has interviewed over 200 musicians during that time. He is also an independent recording and performing artist in his own right and a former registered music therapist.
