A Celestial Celebration On 'Children's Corner'

Celebrate the solstice and the first day of Kwanzaa with Missoula librarian Selya on the next "Children's Corner". Sam will also explain how his goats Solstice (light one) and Crescent got their names. Saturday, December 26 at 7:00 a.m. on Montana Public Radio.

Sam's friend Renee named Crescent first because of the goat's white streak. Renee also wanted something celestial to go with it, and named the second goat Solstice. So the two goats Crescent and Solstice became like sun and moon. Tune in Saturday at 7:00 a.m. to hear more.

Sam Manno, that’s me! The host and producer of the Children's Corner.
