Montana Public Radio and stations across the country receive critical federal funds to strengthen our work. The Senate could vote on the proposal in the coming days. All week long we've taken a look at climate change and its impacts on Montana.
In our final feature story tonight, Edward O'Brien speaks with a few of the people who will be directly dealing with the consequences if - perhaps when - we see significant alterations in our long-term climate patterns.

Edward O’Brien first landed at Montana Public Radio three decades ago as a news intern while attending the UM School of Journalism. He covers a wide range of stories from around the state.
