Three Billings police officers who were suspended without pay for having sex on city property or while on duty identified themselves Tuesday. One has resigned.

Montana Attorney General Tim Fox is filing a motion in Federal District Court to intervene in a Whitefish woman’s lawsuit against a Neo-Nazi blogger.
