Glacier National Park officials are encouraging public comment on a proposal to construct park housing at East Glacier and Swiftcurrent developed areas.

To address a housing shortage on the east side of the park, Glacier National Park is proposing to build three new residential structures to accommodate seasonal park staff during the summer.

The Environmental Assessment for this project is available for public review on the National Park Service Planning, Environment and Public Comment website.

Comments are due January 19th.
