Montana Folk Festival performers previewed during the July 8th Monday Music Special, 7:30pm

Mainstreet Uptown Butte

Join host John Myers Monday evening, 7:30-8:30, as he previews the music at the Third Annual Montana Folk Festival. From Friday, July 12 through Sunday, July 14, in Uptown Butte, you can listen, watch, and dance to over 250 musicians, craftspeople, artists and dancers for free.

Bernard Allison, Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, The Henry Butler Trio, Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers, The Birmingham Sunlights, Marshall Ford Swing Band, Nathalie Pires, Debo Band, and The Karan Casey Band will be joined by musicians and dancers from Alaska, Virginia, Texas, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Ethiopia, China, Italy, India, Vietnam, and Tibet.

More Festival previewing on Tuesday: Join Executive Director of Mainstreet Uptown Butte, George Everett, on "The Folk Show" Tuesday, July 9th, starting around 2:07pm, as George and host Beth Anne linger some more on the diverse music of this festival.
