On this edition of Montana Morning Newscast, The Senate has narrowly endorsed a bill that would allow people to carry concealed weapons on college campuses while a Montana judge has denied a request to delay the sentencing of a man convicted of killing a German exchange student who broke into his garage.

Missoula Rep. Kimberly Dudick wants to do something about bullying in Montana Schools and Montana lawmakers moved a step closer to making sure that mentally ill people have somewhere to go before they're discharged from the state hospital.

Montana legislators today will hear a bill that would stop employers from requiring job applicants to give online passwords and usernames and the Montana Retail and Restaurant Associations will join Gov. Steve Bullock to launch a new program called “Round It Up Montana.”

More than 48,000 people in Montana have signed up for health insurance through the online marketplace that is central to the nation's health care overhaul law.
