Members of Congress, federal employees, and National Park visitors  are all unhappy about the government shutdown. We'll have comments from the Congressional delegation, and reports from Dan Boyce and Katrin Frye on the fallout from the shutdown. We'll also tell you some of the steps the University of Montana is taking to deal with its shrinking enrollment.
