Laurie Ruffner, the new executive director of the Bitterroot Performing Arts Council, shares some highlights from The Hamilton Performing Arts Center's upcoming season, including performances by Reduced Shakespeare and acclaimed singer/songwriter Darrell Scott.

Sierra Hull, one of the headliners at the first year of the National Folk Festival in Butte, will be returning to Montana. There will be a rare Montana performance from part-time Bitterroot resident, classical violinist Tim Fain. Fain plays all over the world and is best known for his compositions and performances in the films "Black Swan" and "12 Years a Slave."

Michael Marsolek is the program director of Montana Public Radio. He also hosts Tuesday Freeforms and Thursday Morning Classics.
