Snow, Winter Driving Conditions Forecast For Western Montana, Central Idaho

According to the National Weather Service, a strong spring storm will bring wet heavy snow across western Montana and central Idaho starting Tuesday night and continuing through Wednesday. The period of most concern for snow will be tonight after midnight through Wednesday morning.

Wet heavy snow could break limbs and cause damages or power outages. High elevation roads and mountain passes such as Lolo, Lookout, Lost Trail, MacDonald, Homestake and Whitebird Grade will see winter driving conditions return late tonight.
