Clean energy advocates are closely watching the tax reform efforts in Congress, and hoping that reform provides clear and helpful policies for clean energy development. Phyllis Cuttino is Director of the Clean Energy Program for the Pew Charitable Trusts, one of those advocating for more clean energy development.
In this feature interview, Cuttino talks with News Director Sally Mauk about the economic benefits of clean energy - and how the U.S. is falling behind many other countries in its development. Cuttino has a lot of policy experience - she previously worked on the staffs of Washington Senator Brock Adams and California Senator Dianne Feinstein.
