A state district judge has ordered the Montana Green Party off November ballots.

Helena Judge James Reynolds ruled Monday night that around 80 signatures gathered in the petition to put the Green Party on the ballot shouldn’t have been counted.

A little before midnight, when the race was called for Matt Rosendale, Flathead Valley surgeon Olszewski had won 17 percent of the Republican vote. While he’s disappointed with the result, he says he wouldn’t change anything about his first statewide campaign.

Flathead County Republicans hosted their annual Lincoln Reagan Brunch at the county fairgrounds on Sunday.
